We have confirmed that trading venues are back online, including Rithmic. It is safe to trade.
Rithmic Outage Update – Monday, 15th July, 2024
As of approximately 1:10 PM EST today, Rithmic, Fast Track Trading’s (FTT) main platform, experienced a significant issue. This has impacted many trading accounts.
Impact on Trading Accounts
Accounts Blown Prior to 1:10 PM EST: Unfortunately, if your account was liquidated before 1:10 PM today, no adjustments will be made. We have taken snapshots of all account histories up to that point.
Other Accounts: For all other accounts, we have recorded losses and will restore balances to what they were around noon today.
Profitable Accounts: If you made a profit today, your account balance will not be adjusted, and you will retain your profits. However, today will count towards your 5 or 10 day payout periods.
Position Liquidation
To protect our traders and the firm, all positions were liquidated after 2:00 PM EST. If you open a trade before receiving confirmation that all systems are operational again, you forfeit any right to credits and account protection regarding the issue.
